Your $249 registration fee covers up to FIVE people from your park, access to multiple days of educational seminars, our exclusive “behind-the-scenes” events, dinner program one of the event, and of course, the top-notch trade show!

What To Expect
We had such an incredible response to our first four years, so we are excited for an even bigger and better 2025! The detailed schedule will be out closer to the show, but here is a general overview of the event…
Wednesday December 3 – Welcome/Education/Expo Day
- 8:00 to 8:45a – Welcome & Rundown of the week in Ballroom
- 9:00 to 12:30p – Seminars
- 12:30 to 2:00p – Concessions and paid lunch available in Expo Hall
- 1:00 to 5:00p – Expo Hall is open
- 5:00 to 8:00p – Welcome Reception Dinner – for campgrounds and exhibitors!
- 5:00p – Networking time – Appetizers served 5 to 6p
- 5:30p – Awards, Recognition and Exhibitor Charity Auction – bid on items donated by our wonderful exhibitors!
- 6:30p – Dinner served with time for more networking over a good meal! The ballroom/cash bar will remain open till 8pm.
Thursday December 4 – Cracker Barrel/Expo Day
- 8:30 to 10:00a – Cracker Barrel Sessions (6 options to choose from!)
- 10:00a – 2:00p – Expo Hall is open (concessions open)
- 11:30 to 1:00p – Sponsored lunch available in Expo Hall
- 2:15 to 4:15p – The Networking Circuit event – Rotate through five 20-minute rounds of cracker barrel sessions on a variety of topics, while making valuable connections! You choose the topics you’re most interested in – 10 topics to choose from!
Friday December 5 – Full Education/’Behind The Scenes’ Day
- 8:30 to 12:30p – Seminars
- 12:45p – COE Basket Giveaway drawings in Ballroom (First five being drawn this day! The remaining ten drawn for at the Saturday wrap-up!)
- Behind The Scenes Event – information coming soon!
Saturday December 6 – Half Education/Wrap-Up Day
- 9:00 to 11:15a – Seminars
- 11:30a to 12:30p – Event wrap-up in Ballroom with all attendees (short cracker barrel, share best takeaways from event, etc.) – Drawing of final ten basket giveaways!
- 12:30p – 2025 COE concludes!
Who We Are
The Campground Owners Expo (COE), owned by Severson & Associates, a Management, Training and Consulting firm, was formed to give campground owners numerous networking opportunities. Lori Severson, Owner of Severson & Associates and Bud Styer, from Bud Styer Associates, Camping for the Fun of It, have successfully participated in hundreds of shows with a combined 50 years of industry, campground association, and trade show experience!

Lodging Information
Our event and group lodging block is located at the Hilton Branson Convention Center. Located in historic downtown Branson, connected to the Branson Convention Center. Shops and restaurants at Branson Landing are just across the street, and it’s less than 15 minutes from the Titanic Museum and Branson Hills Golf Club. The hotel features golf packages, both an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, and spectacular views of Lake Taneycomo.
